UK CUSTOMERS:
If you need to return your order to us please package your item nicely folded in it's original clear bag, with the completed return form (if you don't have a return form then a note with your name and return details is fine). We prefer returns to be organised within 60 days of sale but email us if you have any issues.
Please contact us or send a direct email to us at: fuzzdandysales@gmail.com and we will send you a free return label to download and print. Please attach the label to your return and drop off at a post office.
We aim to refund your order within 5 days.
EXCHANGES:
If you want to exchange your order for something else please follow the return instructions above and return your item for a refund and in the meantime please place a fresh order for your new item.
